Carpenter

Temp-perm. 22- 23 per hour (up to 38k when permanent). Van and fuel card included from day one! Working within social housing on planned works and void properties.

As a Carpenter, you'll receive:

• 22- 23 per hour (up to 38k when permanent).
• Company van and fuel card
• Uniform
• Local work

As a Carpenter, you'll be:

• Working on planned works and within void properties
• Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Completing minor plumbing
• Painting and Decorating
• Patch plastering
• Laying vinyl flooring
• Completing Kitchen and Bathroom fitting

As a Carpenter, you'll need:

• A minimum of a NVQ level 2 Carpentry qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
• Experience working within occupied homes
• A full and current driving licence

Location
Travelling within Basingstoke and Newbury, with occasional travel to Swindon, Oxford, and Reading.
