Site Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a £10m new-build project in South East London. This role will be working with a Tier 2 main contractor overseeing both external facade/groundwork/frame packages as well as internal fit out.

Requirements:

• Oversee all on-site operations for the demolition and enabling works project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• ?Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance ?/ paperwork etc.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
• Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
• Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.

Requirements:

• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Site Manager for main contractors
• Previously worked on new build projects up to £10m in value
