General Maintenance Handyman

We are looking for handymen, general property maintenance and general builders.

• Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating
• Diagnose issues and complete remedial works to a high standard
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional standards at all times
• Travel between jobs

• Proven experience in property maintenance, repairs, or a handyman role
• Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• 8am to 5pm
• own van

Our jobs tend to be across multiple sites in London which do require travel to and from, the main areas we work in are SE, SW, NW, N and W. We are looking for someone to start ideally in the next couple of weeks.
