I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you've previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Handy Person, or Property Maintenance Technician.
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
- You need to specialise in one of the following trades: Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Fencing, Painting & Decorating.
- Reactive repairs/Refurbishment to domestic properties in the Luton and Hemel area
- Required to fault find and accurately diagnose the repairs needed
- You'll be expected to identify the right and cost-effective solution to problems using the PDA systems
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Relevant industry experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
- City and Guilds / NVQ or 5 years hands on experience in the relevant trade
- Relevant experience within social housing or domestic sector
- Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
- Full UK driving licence
