Managing Director: Real Estate / Property (Dubai based or UK based, willing to relocate to Dubai)

Salary:

From 80,000 to 120,000 per annum (depending on location an experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and strategic leadership to the organisation.
• Develop and execute the company's short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals.
• Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives.
• Oversee sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve financial measures.
• Represent the company at key events and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
• Drive sales and marketing excellence through strategic alignment and collaboration.
• Enhance operational efficiency by ensuring robust processes and compliance with industry standards.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and professional development.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the property industry.
• Strong track record in managing multi-faceted departments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in off-market planning and property investment strategies.
• Familiarity with data analytics and CRM tools to drive performance.
• History of leading cross-functional initiatives and change management.
