Building Surveying Manager

What You'll Do:
As a Building Surveying Manager, you will lead a talented team, ensuring the highest standards of surveying practises. Your role will involve:

• Overseeing building surveys and inspections
• Managing a diverse range of projects
• Providing expert advice to clients on property matters, including Party Wall and Boundary Agreements
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations (Building Safety, CDM) and standards
• Developing and implementing best practises for quality assurance
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment

Who You Are:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
• Relevant experience in Social Housing
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
