Position: Estate Manager

Location: Chiswick Gate, London, W4 2ER

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

This role will be situated at a beautiful residential development located in Chiswick. The estate comprises of a collection of c180 apartments and town houses surrounded by landscaped gardens, and benefiting from an onsite gym, carpark, and concierge. services.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As an Estate Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • You will have experience working in a similar role in the residential sector either as an Estate / Building Manager or Block Property Manager.
  • You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • You have a strong health and safety background, ensuring statutory compliance and keeping up to date with the changing legislation.
  • You have managed a variety of major works and have a good understanding of the section 20 processes as well as managing projects from start to completion.
  • You'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
  • You'll have experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues.
  • You'll have managed budgets and overall expenditure for a residential development, working closely with the Property Manager
  • You have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
  • You're always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  • Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage and inspire others.
  • You'll have achieved TPI associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment)
