HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Visiting sites to complete H&S checks, building safety actions and quality inspections. Managing annual budgets, monitoring expenditure and producing clear reports for clients and residents. Planning and delivering maintenance, compliance actions and major works with effective stakeholder comms. Leading contractor performance: specifying works, tendering, instructing and holding suppliers to account. Handling resident enquiries and escalations with empathy, clarity and timely follow-up. Preparing and attending client and resident meetings, documenting decisions and driving agreed actions.
