Caretaker

Long term work, up to 20 per hour, weekly pay, Salisbury area.

We are representing a highly established contractor, looking for a Caretaker to work within social housing on an on-going contract.

What you'll do as a Caretaker:

• Work within homes and communal areas
• Damp and mould washing
• Property caretaking duties
• Basic cleaning
• Basic handyman tasks (lock changes/ repairs, painting etc)

I'd love to hear from Caretakers who have:

• Damp and Mould washing experience or willing to learn
• Caretaking or relevant experience
• A vehicle and basic hand tools

I'm keen to hear from anyone who has experience as a Caretaker or Handyman.

• Location: Salisbury
• Pay: 18- 20 per hour
