We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Spennymoor and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role. The successful Electrician will be expected to complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties as well as commercial environments.

The Electrician will receive:
- 38,200 basic salary ( 43,000 OTE including standby)
- Van and fuel card
- Generous pension scheme
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (36 days total)
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
- Work in Spennymoor and surrounding areas
- Reactive repairs and maintenance
- Working in domestic and commercial environments
- Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:
- NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3
- 18th edition
- Full UK Driving License
