Position: CPCS 360 Excavator Operator
FBR Construction Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced CPCS 360 Excavator Operator to join a major long-term construction programme near Fordingbridge. This role offers excellent continuity of work, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a high-profile infrastructure project.

Role & Responsibilities

As a 360 Excavator Operator, your duties will include:

• Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently up to required tonnage
• Excavation for drainage, foundations, ducting, and utilities
• Assisting with bulk earthworks and trenching operations
• Supporting groundworks and civils teams as needed
• Loading and offloading materials
• Working around live services and within a controlled water industry environment
• Daily machine checks, maintenance, and reporting defects
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Blue 360 Excavator Card
• Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering projects
• Experience on water treatment or utilities sites is advantageous
• Ability to work safely in a high-risk environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Start Date: 15/01/2026
