Planner

We are seeking an experienced planner / senior planner to join the delivery team on a 300 million construction project in Cardiff. This multi-phase scheme includes commercial, residential, and infrastructure works, offering a key role on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

• Support planning across tender, design, procurement, and construction phases

• Produce regular progress updates, reports, and dashboards for senior management and clients

• Conduct critical path, delay, and impact analysis

• Coordinate planning inputs with design, commercial, and site delivery teams

• Identify and manage project risks

Requirements

• Experience as a planner or senior planner on large-scale ( 100m+) construction or infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
