The Role

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team. You will carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across various properties, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake multi-trade repair and maintenance work including (but not limited to):
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Plumbing
  • Painting and decorating
  • Minor electrical repairs
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.

About You

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or similar role.
• Qualified or time-served in at least one core trade (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plastering, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided).
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
