You will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to fault find, repair, and maintain key building services systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial building systems. Work with electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, BMS, PAT testing and emergency lighting. Maintain mechanical plant including AHUs, FCUs, motors, pumps, seals, chillers, and plumbing systems. Complete daily plant room checks, log BMS readings, and respond effectively to system alarms. Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure first-time fixes wherever possible. Support with small installation works and upgrades. Conduct risk assessments and follow permit-to-work systems and health & safety procedures. Liaise with clients and contractors, ensuring professional service and high standards at all times.
