What You'll Do:

As their Estimating/Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team and ensuring that our projects run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparing estimates for new projects by analysing plans and specifications.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to gather quotes and pricing information.
• Maintaining organised records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Collaborating with project managers to track project progress and deadlines.
• Helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the production team.
• Contributing to team meetings with fresh ideas and insights to enhance our operations.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate who is not only skilled but also brings a positive and enthusiastic attitude to our team! The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with estimating software is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for the construction or production industry.
