Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation, Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK.

About the Role

As the Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of building projects. Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate the cost of reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures. Usual duties will apply to this estimators position, this is a key position for an estimator ready to influence business growth and help secure profitable contracts within the residential sector.

About the requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience with a Groundwork / Civil sub-contractor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies
• Working knowledge of various forms of contract
• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
