Site Manager

Actaris are looking for a Site Manager for short term cover. This is a roofing and externals project.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing roofing projects (e.g., flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, waterproofing).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation methods.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Computer literate (MS Office, project management software desirable).

Qualifications:

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required).

• CSCS card (required).

• First Aid at Work (required).

• Asbestos Awareness (preferred).

• Full UK driving licence.
