Duties of the Role:
- Leading daily team meetings and coaching to hit KPIs
- Driving new and repeat business
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring compliance with all letting's legislation
- Monitoring performance and supporting team development
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Business planning and competitor analysis experience
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Confident IT and telephone skills
