Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Monitor project progress and control costs effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Analyse financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with procurement and sourcing of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects.

Profile

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

• Proven experience in property, housing or facilities management industry.
• A strong understanding of cost management and budgeting principles.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
