They deliver fast-track restaurant rollouts and bespoke, design-led schemes for high-end clients working with major F&B brands as well as independent venues.
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with fit-out or shopfitting experience who enjoys being involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from pricing and estimating to final accounts.
The Role
Prepare Schedules of Works (Excel) from design drawings, including take-offs and quantities.
Price PQS schedules when required (most work is negotiated, not tendered).
Issue and evaluate supplier/subcontractor enquiries; negotiate and place orders.
Produce quotations using bespoke Excel-based cost plans.
Carry out value engineering and attend cost meetings with clients.
Update cost reports, variations, and job costing templates for live projects.
Review subcontractor and supplier accounts before payment.
Prepare and agree final accounts for completed works.
Work generally under JCT Intermediate terms (letter of intent or PO basis).
Attend site meetings nationwide (typically 4 days in the office / 1 day on site).
Report directly to the Commercial and Managing Directors.

About You
Background in fit-out, shopfitting, or interiors contracting.
Experience with restaurant, bar, or hospitality projects preferred.
Comfortable handling both estimating and QS duties.
Proficient in Excel (cost plans, take-offs, schedules).
Commercially astute and confident dealing with clients and suppliers.
