Manchester Hospital / Healthcare Environment Reactive Remedial Works We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Foreman to join our team working on a major reactive remedial works contract within a live hospital environment in Manchester.This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors and ensuring reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Role Supervising reactive remedial and finishing works across the hospital. Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors. Overseeing plastering, drylining, decorating, joinery, flooring, ceilings, tiling and general making-good. Managing snagging and defect rectification.Coordinating multiple reactive jobs and prioritising urgent works. Liaising with the hospital Estates/Facilities Management team. Ensuring works are completed in accordance with RAMS, specifications and client requirements. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health amp; Safety.Working within a live healthcare environment while minimising disruption to patients, staff and visitors. Completing daily records, photographs and job close-out documentation. We are looking for someone with: Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Site Foreman or Supervisor. Strong knowledge of construction finishing and remedial works.Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors. Good understanding of Health amp; Safety and site procedures.Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage reactive works effectively. Experience within a hospital, healthcare or other live environment would be highly advantageous. CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS preferred. Competitive day rate / salary available depending on experience.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established and growing contractor delivering supermarket and retail fit-out projects across Cardiff and South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who has a background in supermarket, retail, commercial fit-out or refurbishment and is looking to join a business with a strong pipeline of projects. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day running of the site. Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel. Managing site logistics, deliveries and materials. Ensuring projects remain on programme. Coordinating multiple trades and specialist contractors. Reading and working from construction drawings and specifications. Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. Leading site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings. Ensuring RAMS and health & safety procedures are followed. Liaising with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, client and subcontractors. Monitoring progress and reporting against programme. Managing snagging, defects and project handover. Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation. About You We are looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering construction or fit-out projects. You will ideally have: Previous supermarket, retail or commercial fit-out experience. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site management. Experience working to tight programmes and deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A strong understanding of health & safety requirements. SMSTS. CSCS card. First Aid qualification. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel across South Wales and surrounding areas. Location & Travel The role will be based around Cardiff and South Wales, with projects potentially covering areas including Newport, Swansea, Bridgend, Barry, Caerphilly and surrounding areas. Travel and occasional overnight stays may be required depending on project location. Due to the nature of supermarket fit-out projects, some early starts, late finishes, weekend or night working may occasionally be required to meet project programmes and client deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join the team, responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality commercial office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office fit-out , with proven experience delivering both CAT A and CAT B projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard of quality, and in line with the project requirements. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site operatives and suppliers. Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure projects remain on programme. Manage CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects . Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across all stages of the fit-out. Ensure all works are completed to the required quality standards and specification. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager. Review drawings, specifications and programmes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Coordinate deliveries, logistics and site access. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with relevant standards and requirements. Manage health & safety on site, including RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and site inspections. Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders. Assist with snagging, completion and final handover of projects. Maintain accurate site records, diaries and relevant project documentation. Proactively identify potential delays, issues or risks and implement solutions. Experience & Skills Essential: Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial fit-out sector . Strong experience delivering office fit-out projects . Proven experience working on both CAT A and CAT B fit-outs . Strong understanding of construction sequencing and fit-out processes. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements and site management procedures. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage programmes, deadlines and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualifications, or equivalent relevant site management qualifications.
