Multi Trade Carpenter - Voids

Looking to recruit a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a leading Housing Association on a Voids contract carrying out installation and repairs to empty properties

Responsibilities:

• Undertake repairs and maintenance work in Housing Association properties, including kitchen and bathroom/ wet room replacements
• You will carry out full carpentry repairs, kitchen fitting, plumbing works, remedial plastering and tiling
• Use a PDA to log works undertaken and deliver quality repairs
• Work efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience

Offering up to 37,500 pa + company van, OOH call 1/4 and great benefits

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge
• Experience of working in void properties ideally within social housing
