Damp and Mould Surveyor

My client in Manchester looking for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to assess housing stock across Manchester. You will respond to resident callouts, inspect properties, and recommend remedial actions to tackle damp and mould issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect homes for damp, mould, and condensation.
• Respond to resident reports and complaints.
• Produce clear reports and action plans.
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with housing standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in damp/mould surveying
• Strong knowledge of building pathology.
• Familiarity with HHSRS and disrepair legislation
