Multi Trade Operative

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties in the area. This is a permanent role from day one, providing long-term job security and the chance to develop your career with a reputable company.

As a Multi Trade, you will:
Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties
Use your skills in:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Patch Plastering
• Tiling
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines, and with tenant satisfaction in mind

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working on social housing contracts
• A full UK driving licence
• A clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
• A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills
