Are you passionate about property management and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our clients dynamic team! This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 annually.

Location:Central Cambridge

Office based, full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties ?
• Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
• Manage lease agreements and renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients ?
