We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join a Property Team based in Bristol. This role involves carrying out routine plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in various locations, ensuring high standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Day-to-day of the role:

• Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to properties in line with work schedules within our Responsive Repairs Team and elsewhere depending on demand.
• Tasks include repairs to domestic plumbing installations, installation of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, kitchen sinks, and new pipework.
• Install and repair water mains supplies, heating system pipework, and drainage stop taps.
• Maintain and renew vented and unvented cylinder heads and cold water storage tanks.
• Ensure all installations and repairs are performed to the highest standards, adhering to all current health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
• Experience working in occupied premises and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology such as iPads or PDAs.
• A current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience and the ability to drive a company van.
• A current CSCS card is desirable.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call-out and overtime at competitive rates.
