Multi-Trade Carpenter - Harlow, Essex
Temp to Perm 21.00ph (Umbrella) 37.5 hrs/week
Company Van + Fuel Card Provided
A social housing contractor is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties across Harlow. Works include 2nd fix carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing.
Requirements:
- Proven multi-trade carpentry experience (social housing preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic DBS check
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness
