Fabricator Welder

1. Fabrication & Preparation:

• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and 3D models.

• Mark out, cut, and shape metal plates and sections using methods such as:

  • Thermal Cutting: Plasma, Oxy-Fuel.

  • Mechanical Cutting: Guillotines, Band Saws, Abrasive Saws.

• Form metal components using machinery like press brakes, rollers, and folding machines.

• Fit and assemble components using jigs and fixtures, ensuring precise alignment before welding.

• Perform thermal straightening to correct distortions in metal.
