Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

Our client is an independent residential estate agency based in Guildford, offering a comprehensive range of property sales, lettings and development services. Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their friendly team.

To be considered you will have experience within a senior residential sales position and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of winning instructions. Our client is looking to recruit a team player with an outgoing, friendly disposition. If this sounds like you, please get in touch today!

Personal specification:

• Previous experience within a senior sales negotiator role
• Valuation skills and experience
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Well presented
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary on offer will include a basic, plus an on target earnings figure of c.£40,000.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. You will get a day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
