You'll be working with a portfolio of exceptional properties and a client base that expects nothing short of excellence. This role requires a polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is passionate about Prime Central London property.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from valuation through to move-in
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and relocation agents
  • Conduct viewings with confidence and market expertise
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and secure deals with a focus on value and discretion
  • Stay informed on market trends, rental values, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with the property management team to ensure a smooth tenant onboarding
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, knowledge and integrity
About You:
  • Proven track record in residential lettings, ideally within Prime Central London
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Driven, well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to different client personalities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) preferred
