The role:

• Winning new instructions and driving lettings growth
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Conducting valuations and market appraisals with confidence
• Working closely with the team to hit ambitious targets

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced in lettings valuations/appraisals with a proven track record
• Confident, driven and highly motivated to achieve targets
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Fulham / South West London market is a plus
