To ensure first-class service levels are met, you will be involved in every step of the process, from viewings, to management, to administration & compliance. Personal specification:
- At least 3 years' experience within residential lettings
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- ARLA/NFoPP would be highly advantageous
- Understanding of current legislation
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong customer service skills
- IT literate - Reapit would be beneficial
- Highly motivated
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
They are offering a salary package of £40,000 to £45,000.
