Senior Property Manager- South London- Mon- Fri- £40,000- £48,000Job Title: Senior Property ManagerSalary: £40,000- £48,000Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. One day working from home after probation

My client, an award-winning real estate company that has been running for over 100 years are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in South London, looking after a portfolio of properties totalling 500+ units that are a mix of AST and old rent tenancy for the same landlord.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Direct management of the property portfolio and the team
• Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
• Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
• Meeting and greeting new tenants
• Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
• Insurance claims

Must haves:

• Team management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver and good under pressure
• Client facing
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
• Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

• MARLA qualified
