Role Summary As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring an exceptional customer journey, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Main Responsibilities
Sales - Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the wider success of the sales team.
- Guide buyers smoothly through the sales process, ensuring a positive and professional journey.
- Proactively generate leads through networking and relationship-building.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors influencing property sales.
- Use Salesforce to maintain accurate data for sales and marketing purposes.
- Support the team in enhancing the customer journey at every touchpoint.
Operational Support - Conduct property viewings, buyer inspections, and key handovers.
- Assist in the smooth running of the marketing suite and show apartments.
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and third parties for inspections, photography, and events.
- Attend and support UK-based sales events as required.
