Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister

As the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister, you should be able to demonstrate proven track record in residential lettings, have some experience handing valuations, along with first class customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Personal attributes:

• At least 2 years' experience within residential lettings
• Experience handling property valuations
• ARLA / NFoPP would be beneficial
• Dynamic and self-motivated
• People first attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good attention to detail
• Problem solving abilities
• IT literate
• Full, clean driving licence.

The salary will include a generous basic of £30,000 to £35,000, plus on target earnings of c. £50,000. A pooled car is provided.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5.30pm. You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays on a rota.
