Our client specialises in the sale and letting of homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, and provide an unrivalled service for a wide range of property, from apartments and period cottages to town and country houses.
Working as part of a highly established team, you will ideally have at least 3 years' experience working as a sales negotiator at a senior level, with valuing / listing as part of your role. Personal specification:
- A solid track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Valuations experience within residential property
- Experience managing / supervising a team
- Self-motivated to ensure that set targets are not just met but exceeded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence.
This position will come with a basic salary of £30,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to realistically earn £60,000.
