Multi Trade Operative - CIS

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work on void properties within the social housing sector across Norwich and Ipswich. This is a CIS role offering consistent work and long-term potential for reliable and well-equipped tradespeople.
Key Details:

• Location: Norwich & Ipswich
• Sector: Social Housing
• Rate: 20/hour (CIS)
• Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
• Take-home pay: Approx. 640/week after CIS deductions
• Job Type: Self-employed

Requirements:

• Must be actively doing domestic & maintenance works between jobs
• Own van required (large enough to transport a bath)
• Own tools essential
• DBS check required
• Jobs initially sent via email, then issued via app if successful
• Residential parking available
• Fuel not covered unless travel is required for full-day jobs

Additional Info:

• On days when multi-trade work is not available, operatives will be expected to carry out damp & mould treatment works.
