Electrician

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join an established social housing contractor in the Birmingham area. This permanent role involves 1st and 2nd fix installations in kitchens and bathrooms within both tenanted and void domestic properties. A company van will be provided upon starting the role.

As the Electrician, you will be:

• Completing 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations in kitchens and bathrooms
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, company standards, and policies
• Liaising with home occupants and tenants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Completing any necessary remedial works as required

In return, the Electrician will receive:

• 37,000 to 40,000 per year (depending on experience)

The Ideal Electrician will have:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition and AM2 certification
• 2391 testing and inspection qualification
• Social housing experience
• Full UK driving license
