Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative in the Ashington area to join a well-established building contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!
In return, the Multi Skilled Operative will receive:
28,851 then up to 31,000 when doing callouts

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be expected to complete:
Aspects of carpentry
Aspects of plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Domestic and commercial properties
I am looking for a Multi Skilled Operative who:
Has a full UK driving licence
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing
Has CSCS card
Good knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
