Reed Recruitment are recruiting for Plumbing or Carpentry biased Multitraders for our client who are an established and reputable local business with experience in providing responsive repairs and maintenance solutions to local authorities and housing associations.

It's a dynamic Repairs & Maintenance team that plays a crucial role in diagnosing and executing repairs to meet customer specifications and contractual scope. Responsibilities and Duties:

Diagnose and carry out the right repairs within the customer's specifications and scope of contract (quality, time, and cost) on each and every job.

Undertake all aspects of repairs/maintenance work.

Assess the work requirements when you get to site.

Diagnose and carry out the right repair(s), right first time.

The ideal Multitraders will be able to display the following:

A full driving licence- no more than 3 points

Previous plumbing or Carpentry experience with additional trade skills and experience working on social housing contracts or undertaking domestic housing repairs.
