General Foreman

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team on the large £100m+ infrastructure project in the Immingham area.

This is a critical role on a major marine scheme expecting to last upto 2 years for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of direct and subcontracted labour on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the project's health, safety, and environmental plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of the works.
• Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager.
• Manage the use of plant and equipment effectively.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain accurate site records.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card (Gold/Black)
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS
• First Aid at Work (3-day)
• Proven experience in a similar role as either Supervisor or Foreman
• 2 Professional references
