Key Responsibilities

1. Erection & Assembly:

• Erect structural steel components, including columns, beams, trusses, and girders, according to engineering drawings.

• Bolt, weld, or rivet steel sections into place, ensuring they are plumb, level, and aligned to tight tolerances (typically 3-5mm).

• Assemble pre-fabricated steel components on-site.

2. Blueprint Interpretation:

• Read and interpret complex technical drawings, plans, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.

• Understand marking systems and plan the sequence of assembly.
