Multi Trade Operative

I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a Housing Association based in Ipswich and surrounding areas on a permanent contract with the day to day repairs team.

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:

• Day to day repairs in council properties
• Core trade such as carpentry, plumbing or plastering
• Ability to do multi trade work alongside core trade

The right Multi Trade Operative will need:

• NVQ or City & Guild in core trade
• Experience with multi trade work
• Experience working in social housing or HMO properties previous
• Valid UK License and less than 9 points

The Multi Trade Operative will receive benefits of:

• An annual salary of 33,000
