Voids Supervisor

I am looking for a Voids Supervisor to join a respected housing association in the East Staffordshire region. The Voids Supervisor will be responsible for the site supervision of works and liaison with all trade operatives. This is an office/ Site based position.

Voids Supervisor duties:

• Provide day to day supervision and performance management of the trades operatives
• Act as a mentor to apprentices and trainees
• Assist in and manage, support and motivate the operatives in your team
• Carry out regular onsite assessments and tool box talks
• Inspect and scope void properties when required
• Ensure that the quality of work undertaken meets the required technical and performance standards.

What is required for the Voids Supervisor role:

• Must hold a full driving licence
• Experience managing trades on site
• Experience working within void properties
• Social housing experience
