Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Leicester who are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join their team on a Temporary basis.

As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:

• Supporting the M&E supervisor with daily compliance tasks
• Completing surveys on the heating and electrical systems
• Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work

Qualifications / Experience:

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th edition or ACS qualified
• Social housing experience
• Previous experience overseeing contractors
• Understanding on heating and energy systems
• Strong knowledge on IT and Excel

As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:

• 40 - 42 per hour
• Opportunity for extension
