Overview
We're recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead works on a specialist structure project. This role will focus on managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of works to programme and specification. A background in concrete and structural works is essential, along with strong reporting and record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day site supervision, with a focus on safety and quality
- Management of subcontractors and work packages
- Preparing accurate site reports, diaries, and records
- Overseeing structural concrete works and activities over water
- Proven experience on structures projects
- Strong background in concrete and structural engineering works
- Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills
- Strong reporting, diary keeping, and organisational ability
- Relevant site certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid)
