Job Description
Multi Skilled Engineer - TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer to work across their Newmarket Estate.
Location - Newmarket only
Salary £42,000.00 + £3000 overtime allowance
Hours 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday
Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, during peak periods)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, generators, and related machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of mechanical systems.
Respond quickly to emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and disruptions to estate operations.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and external service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory management.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Full UK driving license
