Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours, 1 in 4 Saturday Shift Working hours 7am to 4pm ( Door to Door pay) On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. (Friday - Friday for emergencies only) Salary - £45,447/Yr. Location Central London Extra Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x) The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites with a focus on plumbing and electrics Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. Position: Maintenance Shift Engineer Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire Salary: 52,000 Shift Premium TXM Recruit is partnering with a prominent automation and intralogistics company to hire skilled Maintenance Technicians for their new site in Bradford, West Yorkshire. These roles involve maintaining and optimizing state-of-the-art machinery to ensure seamless operations at the distribution facility. Shift Pattern: Morning and Night Shifts Work Hours: Between 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical disassembly and reassembly tasks, basic field wiring, equipment calibration, and system testing. Efficiently manage time using CMMS, aiming for over 90% utilization. Complete reactive repairs within set timeframes to minimize downtime. Conduct servicing and repairs of installed products, taking hands-on ownership of issues to achieve swift resolutions. Interpret electrical schematics and work confidently with 415V motor controls. Prioritize health and safety by conducting thorough risk assessments. Demonstrate strong mechanical skills, including the ability to read and follow assembly drawings. Follow setup instructions, assembly guides, and checklists with precision. Display exceptional attention to detail and follow-up capabilities. Understand and work with control systems. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and customer environments. Skills and Qualifications Required: Qualification at NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and technologies. Knowledge of PLC systems and their functionality. Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics is an advantage. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications. Experience using CMMS systems and managing engineering inventory. A qualification equivalent to HNC/HND is preferred but not essential.
