Electrical Project Manager
Avolon M&E are working with a well-established leading London contractor. They work in a variety of sectors including commercial fit outs, data centres, retail, education, residential and pharmaceutical sectors. Ranging in values from £10m-50m and their client base consists of the biggest Tier 1 principal contractors.
£70 90k + Package
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that assigned projects are managed in accordance with the requirements of the client/principal contractor and the company s internal policies and procedures.
- Overall control and management of the company s internal polices delivery programme.
- Overall control and management of the procurement schedule for both sub-contractors and materials in accordance with the project programme and liaise with the buying department to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of all plant and materials for the projects.
- Overall control and management of all sub-contractors and agency labour.
- Monitor the construction/integrated programmes.
- Liaise and coordinate with other trade contractors and the principal contractor s coordinator if one is appointed.
- Control drawings (management of our document control procedures).
- Manage and monitor the Site Supervisor to ensure they carry out their full range of responsibilities.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Electrical qualifications.
- Project management expertise.
- Staff management expertise.
- High level of communication skills.
- High level of commercial awareness.
- Longevity with previous companies.
- SMSTS.
