Carpenter Multi

I am looking for a Carpenter Multi to work for a highly established housing association in Ipswich and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve working in void and tenanted properties.

The Carpenter Multi will receive benefits of:

• An annual salary of 33,000

The Carpenter Multi will have:

• Relevant Qualifications or over 5 year's experience in the trade
• Skilled in 2 or more trade
• Experience working within social housing
• Full UK drivers license
• Clean DBS check

The Carpenter Multi will be responsible for:

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
• Patch plastering
• Need to be flexible to respond to urgent repairs needs if required
